Happy belated Women's Day! BTW, why such a angry tutorial on Womens' day? also, IHM elbow is the strongest part of a human being, if nothing else works keep elbowing the throat or chest of the attacker. Rocks are your friend too.
IHM - the thing is, these men are total cowards - they never engage in one-on-one combat where I am sure we would kick the s&*^ out of them. They make sure that they are in larger numbers than their victims.
