Three serial blasts in Delhi. Called friends and family. It's becoming a routine now. Blasts in Mumbai, call friends and family. Blasts in Ahemdabad, call friends. Couldn't get in touch with everyone yet, weekend evenings are meant for gallivanting. Or maybe because, cell phone jammers have been put to prevent any more detonation of bombs through cell phones.
What sense can you make out of it? It's a place I have lived in. Saw a girl in a yellow kurti and dark blue jeans in Central Park, being carried to a stretcher, many people holding her legs and arms, she seemed limp and fresh drops of blood kept dripping on the road. What did she do? Imagine if her family sees her like this...so much of blood loss. I can't bear thinking what her mother will go through. It's so stupid. Even if they hate someone why are they killing these innocent people?
Why would someone want to do this?
This is so ridiculous. She was so young.
This is so meaningless.
Just now they said, Indian Mujaheddin Group has claimed responsibility. As if killing, innocent, unarmed strangers is something to be proud of.
Edited to add this video, a shocking example of irresponsible media, claiming a 12 year child was used as Human Bomb.

These people are sick. We were panicking. A friend could not get in touch with her son in the university. Many relatives live in Defence Colony, Jangpura, Greater Kailash. Could not contact any one. It is terrible
that footage (of the girl in yellow kurti and capris) shocked me into tears. what's the point of this unimaginable cruelty?
All this seems straight out of a nightmare. What is happening to our beautiful country! It started with the 93 blasts in Mumbai and we were all so shocked then... but now its like a commonplace happening almost... Blasts at xxx. Just fill in the time and place. I can't stop crying.
This is unjustified, totally unjustified. What are we giving to our children-a routine of blood, gore, bomb blasts, loss of life.
Why is India taking these bomb blasts so lightly?
ghaffar market...the irony fails to escape, an area sharing its name with someone who's life was dedicated to non-violence.. now every time the name is mentioned you think of how dastrardly humanity can be....you are right IHM our life now revolve around a litany of calling/smsing friends and family members and praying that the worst never happens.
I don't think I'll ever understand the subverted reasoning behind such actions.

The terrorists take advantage of he fact that the people of India have no one who gives a damn whether they live or not. Why did we as a people allow our political parties to do this to us? Every system in our country is broken. And we know it, yet we continue voting them into power. Safety, security all covered in the chalta hai apathy. The same that makes it clear to us that political parties blame each other, the opposition disrupts the government and quibbles all the time. It is said, people get the leaders they deserve, let this be an anomaly.

IHM,Pls understand that there is nothing islamic about these terrorist activities..Pls read my post on war rules and ethics in islam..These bomb blasters don't even have of them taken into consideration..Then how can they be islamic ?Can i also become an islamic terrorist just by sending an email sitting in my bedroom? It is not the hindu majority,but INDIAN majority,that needs to fight back..This is not an attack on hindus or muslims or christians in particular.Instead, a war against all common people in India.By stereotyping (which u didn't do,but in a general case) we lose the strenght of 'standing together'..Unless and until we all realize and proclaim that there is nothing islamic in these evil attacks,rather it is an attack by sick devils,against humanity,i don't think we can defeat them..

Most probably,this could be done by some extremist crappy muslims. But at the same time ,i feel that so many other factors go unnoticed. A few recent events, not covered in much detail by the national media, like Kanpur (where two Bajrang Dal activists died while making a bomb), Nanded (bomb making factory discovered in an RSS activist house), Thane (where members of Sanathan Sanstha were caught for planting bombs in theaters), Tenkasi (where activists of Hindu Munnani were caught for planting bombs) need more investigation. All these are linked together and tell me why there isn’t a need for investigating them properly..Even you don’t agree to it right??
The statement by Bal Thakerey in Saamna where he inspired hindus to make better bombs and explode them in “mini-Pakistans” (a phrase which he chooses for Muslim areas) was indeed a patriotic one..But sicne ours is a secular nation,He can move around easily talking like this,unlike Madani(i hate him too,im reffering to difference in how they get treated). The Bajrang Dal has 12.5 lakh members who indulge in unlawful activities at will, .. Why cannot these well organized groups take out operations like that happened yeaterday?
